I recreated the IKEA knob because it's no longer available, and we needed more. Now I can reproduce as many as I want, and I didn't want to keep it from you.
I made the hole 3.8 mm. You can use one of the standard screws and insert it. the original screw fits perfectly.
Theoretically, you could also glue the knob directly to the cabinet door.
