I duplicated this on a slicer to print 5 at once, they all blew out on the same spot on the tail. any advice on what to do next time?

Bambi A1, plate is clean. this was my first “failed” print. I didn’t scale up or down. just duplicated. if I try again, I might scale up a bit or add a small support to the layer before it failed.
