Description
A capacitor protector for the Hobbywing XeRun XR8 PRO G3 ESC. This ESC uses a two-wire output configuration, and the capacitor may be positioned close to the chassis exterior in certain mounting situations. In Buggy or Truggy vehicles, severe rollovers or impacts may deform or even rupture the capacitor. This protector safeguards the capacitor from impacts, providing greater freedom in ESC mounting orientation. Note: For new ESC installations, solder wires first, then mount the protector cover before soldering banana plugs. The cover's wire holes accommodate the diameter of the ESC's factory-supplied wires. If external capacitors need soldering, account for the cover's wire exit points. Simply install the cover; no adhesive is required.
