This spike ring is an accessory for the Segway Navimow i105E robotic lawnmower and serves to improve traction on soft, wet, or uneven surfaces. The 25 robust, evenly distributed spikes increase the grip of the drive wheels, leading to better movement, especially on damp lawns or inclines.

The model is optimized for 3D printing and is designed for easy attachment to the Navimow's existing wheel structure. The spike rings can be securely mounted on the wheel with commercially available Fischer PowerFast II CTF 3.0 x 16 chipboard screws. Matching drill holes are integrated, precisely aligned with the screws, ensuring a stable and lasting connection.

Features:

Compatible with: Segway Navimow i105E

Number of Spikes: 25

Fastening: 8 screw holes for Fischer PowerFast II CTF 3.0 x 16 chipboard screws

Recommended Material: PETG (alternatively ASA for increased weather resistance)

Notes:

Before installation, thoroughly clean the original wheels to ensure optimal adhesion of the screws.

Do not overtighten the screws to avoid material stress.

For even better grip, double-sided adhesive tape can be used between the wheel and the spike ring.

The rings are easy to print and quick to finish The result turned out very well Thanks for the design Aligning them on the mower (105i) was not that easy as there is no mark or groove or similar to center them – I would find this very helpful The first mowing was already a success How long the rings will last remains to be seen as the mower also has to drive over paths On stone, the wheels now sometimes slip a little

Thank you! I couldn’t get to this part of the grass on a dry day, but now it goes up and in the rain. I have a Segway Navimow i105n

Printed two pairs of these in PETG and just wanted to ask, these literally just screw into the existing wheel? Did you drill any pilot holes into the wheel beforehand or just screw it right in? I planned on using two of these on each side with them a little offset from each other for a little extra wideness and grip.
