Description
The Bofors 40mm gun is one of the foremost anti-aircraft weapons platforms in the world. During WWII, thousands of these guns defended the shores of the United Kingdom from the Luftwaffe, and consequently was used by the armies of the Commonwealth and other Allies. My version is accurately modelled from a real shell and includes a detailed nosecone with stencilling, along with accurate stencilling and colours on the shell body.
In these files you'll find a High Explosive version and a Tracer version. The shells are designed to be fitted into existing casings, although of course they can be displayed individually.
Materials wise they are as follows:
- Bambulab Sunflower Yellow PLA
- Bambulab Red PLA
- Bambulab Mistletoe Green PLA
- Bambulab Copper PLA
- Bambulab Silver PLA
- Bambulab Black PLA
The shells are best assembled with your choice of superglue
Kindly don't sell my prints please and thank you
