Print bed cleaning file for Bambu Lab A1 0.2 mm

With this specially designed print file, you can effectively clean your print bed and remove any residues such as dust, grease, or filament remnants. This print also allows you to check the print quality of the nozzle. The file is precisely tailored to the print bed of the Bambu Lab X2D / P2S and covers almost the entire surface, at a height of just 0.2 mm

If the print proceeds evenly and shows no cracks, gaps, or inconsistent areas, the flow rate is correctly set. If, however, visible cracks, gaps, or other imperfections appear, the flow rate or the nozzle should be recalibrated

The file also includes a separate model for the left and right nozzles, allowing both nozzles to be checked independently

After printing, you can carefully peel off the printed surface, as adhering particles often stick to it. For an exceptionally clean bed, wipe with isopropyl alcohol if necessary
