Description

Keystone blank Insert cover with Bed texture

This was designed for my needs to solve layer adhesion problems when printing with PETG filament.

  • Optimized design to increase latch elasticity.
  • Use supporter to apply bed texture. (0.17g)
  • Can be mounted on both sold metal patch panels and printed patch panels

Tested Filaments: PETG-HF, PLA

Note :

There are no issues with PLA Basic. It prints cleanly and accurately.

However, in PETG-HF, the elasticity of the latch may decrease and break due to layer adhesion problems.

I recommend printing no more than 3 objects at a time. This problem occurs due to cooling as the Travel time for the next layer increases.

  • With 0.2mm Layer Height and Print sequence-'By layer' setting, you can print 3 objects at a time.
  • To solve this, merge 3 objects into a group (assembly) and set the Print Sequence to 'By object'.
  • Or set the Layer Height to 0.15mm or lower the print speed.

I got a print with sufficient elasticity by grouping 3 objects into an assembly with 0.2mm Layer Height.

This was an issue I had to accept in order to apply bed texture to the exposed surface.
