Description

This is a large fairy wing I created for cosplay/decoration. There is a left version and a right version. It is about 2.5 ft long. I plan on gluing a shiny mesh on the back for an iridescent effect. I'll hopefully be later designing a way to attach it to the back somehow.

I included a color coded assembly picture to help with putting it together. The plates are labeled with the color of the pieces that match the assembly photo. Make sure you remove all support structures before assembling the item because the clearances for the dowels are close. Make sure you do still super glue the pieces together to ensure structural integrity.

****Note: I have one white piece because I ran out of black PLA while I was printing this. I would suggest you print in all black lol.

Printed with Flex PLA so they swing a bit more naturally. Great file and very sturdy too :) I constructed a holder out of thick metal wire to carry them comfortably

There seems to be a problem with the model in plate 5. There are some missing holes. other than that, nice model :)
