Description
A mount to attach the Varia 515 / 516 to an Aero seatpost, specifically a Cube Agree.
I printed both parts in ASA.
Two M3x5mm threaded inserts are installed in the sleeve. A 10x10x2mm silicone rubber piece is glued into each of the designated recesses inside.
A 25x10x2mm silicone strip is glued into the spacer to prevent slippage on the seatpost.
Additionally, a “Garmin insert” accessory is required; it’s crucial that this has two countersunk screw holes.
The whole assembly is then fastened with two M3x8mm countersunk screws.
Silicone rubber, screws, threaded inserts, and the “Garmin insert” are available from various online retailers.
