Worked as a virtual inventor of sorts in Animation, but then found a 3D printer... now I can make stuff in real life! Or rather, print my virtual stuff...
#ChildrensToys Rolling Jybercon! Looking for help setting up Print Profiles for other printers, for my Jybercon design! (I only have an Ender 5 Pro myself, so the current profile is just my best guess) Note: if this looked like a sphericon or other pre-existing rolling shape, look more carefully! It is only half-sphericon, plus custom adjustments to allow it to connect in the center; it doesn't roll in the same pattern as any other shapes that I have seen! (But post a link to it if any others came up with the shape combination before 2015.) Please post pics on the model page if you try it in other colours or in glow in the dark filament!

Twist together, twist apart, roll and watch it to and fro! This intriguing geometrically-inspired toy rolls downhill in a zig-zag, with a movement both confusing and satisfying, and an eye-catching design! It's also fun just to twist and untwist, and to swap out the different shapes and colours, if you print multiple versions! The more of them you print, the more options you have - print 3 with one colour scheme, and you can have 3 different shapes in matching colours; or print 2 in all one colour, and you can have two matching shapes with opposite colours! And obviously you can make the shapes race down the (sloped) table! Also good for testing how level the tables are in your favourite café..! This is my first time sharing the print publicly, but it's version 35 of my own revisions! I hope others enjoy it! Reposting as I forgot to link the model the first time. #ChildrensToys #Contests #Fidget #Geometric Art

Finally releasing a version of my interchangeable rolling fidget toy to the world! This design was a lot of work to figure out the final design and also to get it printing well! It was my first real print product, even though I've plenty of 3D experience. I still hope to be able to sell some of the prints online, but I decided to open it up here for personal use - especially as I'm keen to see what other people do with it; I'm keen to see a glow in the dark version at least!
