This is a small modification kit for the Fluval Marine SEA 3.0 Bluetooth Saltwater Aquarium LED Coral Light (or Plant 3.0 light) to mount on an acrylic lid I purchased for my EVO 13.5 gallon tank. While you may not have the same acrylic lid/hood, this modification to the light should work for mounting slots of up to 6mm x 36mm – or serve as a starting point to remix something more suitable for your needs. Enjoy!

I finally found a light mount for my upgraded reef tank light to fit properly in the stock hood. It needed one minor adjustment for the hood over the sump section of the Fluval EVO 13.5 gallon to sit flush with section over the display side of the tank. Many thanks to Brad Coe and his original model "Mount for Fluval Plant 3.0 on Spec 16, or Marine 3.0 on Evo 13" as the foundation for this update. If you've had the same issue with Fluval Marine 3.0 or Plant 3.0 lights please enjoy this mod!

My recent 1.2 gallon desktop nano tank came without a lid. I would prefer to keep it covered so nothing climbs out, so I created a model with recesses for the included HOB filter, COB light, heater cord, and air tubing. This is my first model and seemed like the perfect opportunity to fabricate something simple from scratch. Initially this was going to be fully transparent, but settings for that would have taken over a day to print and enough light gets though this just fine.
