I am having issues with the screws going in correctly. Used the AMS print profile but the screws do not want to screw in. Printed with Inland PLA silk blue

I think that's because you used silk, which tends to bloom (expand) a little, which will eat into the tolerance gap making it hard to get the screws in. you may have to run an M8 tap through them to clear the excess.

I have tried silk, matte, and regular pla. I haven't any luck with any filament I've tried. Even tried reducing size slightly to 98.9% like I had to do on other models.

have you calibrated the flow rate for the filament? if you're overextruding, that would also cause this problem.

How strong are the walls?

The outer layer walls are between 2mm and 4mm. All other walls and surfaces are 2mm. The print profile uses 2 walls, 3 top/bottom shells, 10% crosshatch infill. I haven't tried but I wouldn't be surprised if it'll hold your weight if you stood on it. Strength will also vary if you use a different material. I hope that answers your question :)
