Description

Raisable snow plow designed for the C10 body. The plow and mount print fairly easily and actually work quite well. you will need a small servo the size of the steering servo in the SCX24 or shift servo in a TRX4. the Traxxas TR-4 specifically is an amazing fit. The small rc car servos are a fairly standard size so most should work. No matter what servo you use, you will need to cut the screw tab off on the opposite side of the wire. You can plug the servo into an auxiliary port on the ESC/receiver and control the movement from the remote. If your servo is not a tight fit, I would recommend double sided tape, hot glue, or super glue depending on how permanent you would like it. The servo connects to the plow with a bent piece of wire. Pretty much any wire with a diameter smaller than about 2mm. The hinge uses a M3x35mm bolt or for a looser fit, a piece of 1.75mm filament. If the plow is too low for your liking because of a different tire size, you can just sand the bottom until it is the desired height. The snow plow works quite well and is very fun to mess around with on a deck or lightly covered driveway.

I'm glad it turned out well. The plow was made to match the width of the wheels on the C10 shown. If you would like to measure the width of one of yours, I can easily add an extended version.

I plan on putting it on my c10 that’s more stock width buut an extra 22mm on each side would help if you wanted to offer an extra wide version of it. my trucks run pretty standard parts so definitely not the only one this wide 🙌🙏🏻🫶🏻

If you import it into Bambu Studio, you should be able to change the nozzle size and the settings should stay. Look is the top left where it says printer and change it to the 0.4 option. For example: Bambu Lab P1S 0.6 nozzle -> Bambu Lab P1S 0.4 nozzle. If that does not work, let me know and I will provide another profile.
