You probably had problems with the support adhesion coming off or the print head hitting it. If you can check the adhesion to the plate and reprint, a review of at least 4 stars would be appreciated. I have personally printed this model 4 times and never had this problem. Thanks for your understanding

Too fast. Wrong kind of infill. Apply gyroid.

My printer is almost brand new and I've never had any adhesion issues with any other print before. The adhesion doesn't seem to be the issue. I am using generic PLA silk settings through the bambulab app. It should print fine...I've printed many others with this generic PLA silk profile and everything came out fine.

The print had to be aborted because the nozzle detached due to insufficient adhesion

"And would it be my fault if you didn't make sure you had the clean pact or used something to improve adhesion? I think this review story is getting out of hand! You can't blame me for adhesion problems with your plate, in my opinion you should start from scratch!"

Lost adhesion on trunk and I immediately noticed it, but I left continue since I think it's still cute.

Printed an hour ago. Printed great. Noticed comments about the trunk not holding. I changed supports to strong tree and no issues.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I haven't had any problems during the various prints I've done, but you can try reducing the print speed and making sure the adhesion to the bed is optimal. You can also increase the Z hop to prevent the print head from hitting the support.

I tried to print this twice and both times the trunk broke off and yes i had supports

You should try to reduce the printing speed, check the good adhesion on the plate and see if the print head hits the supports during the movement. If you used my printing profile you should not have any problems, I have already printed it 3 times without any problems. If instead you used your own printing profile I cannot know where the error could be
