Want to see more easy to use calibration tools? feel free to leave me a boost :) your support is greatly appreciated.

So, my friend told me to make a stress test, and i came up with the idea

Simply print the test model as your test gauge(keep this for later use so you dont have to reprint), the test model is already pre-sliced with the 2nd and 3rd color repeating, to create the striped pattern used for measuring, just preview and print.

The time for the test piece is around 40 minutes with this setup.  i am working on a new design .

Even though the average calibration print from another 3mf takes less then that, why waste more time when you could spare some minutes to save hundreds.

^THIS MUST BE SET TO A STANDARD PROFILE OR A QUALITY ASSURED PROFILE TO ENSURE EVENESS^

After your model has been made and is up to your quality standard you are ready to print the   color test

Vase mode is highly recommended and setting have been preconfigured for ease of use on the Bambu A1, this setup should work fine for the P1 and X1 series as long as you re configure to the correct settings.

Each line on the measuring equals to around 26.5MM in filament, so if your tower goes 5 lines up, 132.5 is your magic number, round that up to 133 :).

Total print time for 2 colors(not including measuring tool) is 10 minutes give or take on my Bambu a1.

The speeds are cranked way up, and the cooling is cranked way down to ensure speed and effectiveness, if you fear for your printers life you can always turn it on silent mode.

This test only currently has a 2 color calibration, I'm working on something even more simple for all 4 colors in an AMS.

This is not the first calibration tool and it wont be the last, I'm sure there are better and more accurate methods, but this is quick and easy, and gives a easy way to measure.

I always recommend adding 10-30 mm of purge for quality assurance but go nuts.

Flow dynamics calibration must be set to OFF, as this effects the reading, the purge line in the front should more then sufficient to clear old material.

I turn bed calibration off for even quicker printing but

If the color changed before the brim finishes? under 30mm is completely fine.

I have tested this myself and it worked flawlessly, if you are having adhesion issues due to speed i recommend turning it on silent mode or washing your plate, dont use glue.

Im sure you can config this for 3 colors as well, but im working on a easier calibration for 4 colors at the moment.
