To REPORT all you do is this... Step 1) Stretch your bottom lip until you get it wide and flexible enough to pull up and over the top of your head. Step 2) Make sure you stretch it all the way down to the base of your neck. Step 3) SWALLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The ISSUE will be RESOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
