This is modeled after Harbor Freights 1800 Model Case. It uses the same hinges and pins. You can use your handle, latches and pins from the original 1800 case if you have one on hand. Iv included an LED handle that can be used with or with out LEDs, pins for handle and latches. Use 2mm screws or metal rod for the latches and hinges between lid and case.
Assembly is self explanatory.
step 1 : Take 2mm screws and tap them into the holes where hinges line up on lid and base. Use one 2mm x 20mm screw on each hinge (4) in total.
step 2 : Take your latches and tap (1) 2mm x 20 into the hole
step 3 : Take the printed handle & latch pins and align them then simply tap them into the larger hole (use pla+ or petg pro for added strength). If you prefer metal you can push fit 2 x #10-32 x 1 ¼" bolts they fit nice and snug and work perfect. First few times latching will be tough after 3-4xs itll be easier.
step 4 : Insert gasket into upper channel
For Speaker Assembly:
Follow all of the steps above to start.

Insert into the hole - Might need to take a razor to inside edge for best fitment
4mm bolts will screw in nice and tight or use nuts and bolts to secure speaker to lid
YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE ADD NEGATIVE PART FEATURE IN SLICER TO REMOVE A HOLE FOR YOUR POWER SWITCH
from there you simply need to add a bluetooth amp and 18-24v battery of your choice - Tool batterys also work great for this!

Download and print the parts need for it
Assemble the radiator by installing the rubber into the hard outer shell and gluing it down, then glue the center piece in as well
bolt assembly in
* passive radiator is meant more for larger speakers
