The assembly instructions are completely irrelevant the components do not fit together there is excessive play between the components

I don't get how to attach the head. There doesn't seem to be anything that the head can attach or hook to. So there is no functionality between head and arm. Maybe I will get rid of the springs and just clue everything tight.
