I present to you my new project, I worked really hard to achieve this result, encountering various problems that I managed to solve anyway.
The model I present to you is a lamp with a suspended filament casing made in 2 versions, the first with LED lights while the other with an ornamental LED light.
The lamp is printed in separate pieces and then assembled.
For the assembly which will be the most important part due to the delicacy of the model I recommend a lot of patience and the help of a second person.
For print settings, all the parts containing the suspended filaments must not be resized, the same goes for the other parts, they must not be resized
For parts with hanging filaments set the wall generator to ARACHNE
If possible, avoid using glue on the plate to avoid breaking the filaments
Advice: After printing the parts, wait for the plate to cool down to avoid any breakages
We recommend a careful choice of filament, preferably PLA, to avoid deformations of the centering pin seats
It is recommended to carry out the axis calibration and filament flow calibration before printing
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY:
1 good instant Glue
1 Ornamental LED Lamp
6 M6 countersunk head screws
1 LAMP HOLDER
1 DIMMER BRIGHTNESS REGULATOR
