How does one insert a pause? I tried downloading but the file is split into a thousand files, why is that?

Hello, when you load the file into Bambu Studio, press slice and on the right-hand column, go to the indicated layer, then right-click on the column and add the pause. The file consists of multiple parts. The body should be red or your preferred color, and the remaining parts white or another color. Let me know. Goodbye
