Phase is a modern and minimalist LED table lamp, standing out for its open structure and the originality of its lampshade. Measuring 200 mm in height, 90 mm in width, and 50 mm in depth, it is compact and perfect for any desk, nightstand, or relaxation corner.
The lampshade is crafted with a unique effect achieved through material-dropping 3D printing technique, using semi-transparent PLA or translucent PET-G. The support, designed with an open structure, elegantly holds the suspended lampshade, creating the illusion of it floating in the air and adding a sense of visual lightness. It is made from a sturdy and curved material that ensures stability and durability while maintaining a refined and contemporary aesthetic. On the side of the support, there is an engraved decorative detail, an artistic choice connected to the lamp's name.
To complete the assembly, you will need a max 5V 1 ampere LED strip, a soldering iron, a USB power cable, glue, electrical tape, and heat-shrink tubing. The lampshade must be printed in vase mode with 0.2 mm layers. The lampshade fits perfectly onto its support, making it unnecessary to glue the parts together, allowing you to replace the lampshade with different colors if needed. When printing the parts, enable supports—tree supports are recommended for easy removal from the model. Suggested settings include 15% infill, 2 walls, and a 0.4 mm nozzle.
To assemble the lamp, follow these steps: print all the parts, pass the power cable through the hole above the base and continue it inside the lampshade support, pulling out as much cable as possible. Solder the LED strip to the cable and apply a piece of heat-shrink tubing to cover the solder. Wrap the core with electrical tape and glue the strip in a spiral along the core. Close the lampshade and insert the support into the base structure following the guides. The core can also be printed in PET-G for better heat resistance. Do not exceed the recommended voltage.
