Description

EDIT: I'V ADDED 3 NEW FAST PRINTING END CAPS. WITH MY SETTINGS YOU CAN PRINT THESE IN SPORT MODE AFTER THE FIRST FEW LAYERS AND THEY SHOULD PRINT IN ABOUT 2HRS. THEY SHOULD FIT MORE SPEAKERS AS WELL. IV ADDED A SKAR MARINE FILE WITH A LARGER HOLE THAT SHOULD FIT OTHER LARGER MARINE SPEAKERS. IV ADDED HOLES FOR KICKERS AND POLK 6.5 AS WELL.

I ALSO ADDED AN LED END CAP DO NOT CHANGE THE SETTINGS! THERES A SIGNIFICANT OVERHANG THE PRINTER WILL NEED TO ACCOMPLISH. WHEN THE PRINT PAUSES ADD YOUR 8-10MM LED STRIP PRE WIRED AND LEAVE YOUR WIRES IN CENTER OF BED. WHEN RE STARTING PRINT I SUGGEST SLOWING IT DOWN TO 50% SPEED OR SILENT MODE FOR THE NEXT FEW LAYERS AND THEN BACK UP TO NORMAL SPEED AFTER.

This is a remastered version of The All Mighty HexaBox - DIY BT speaker system. I cut out all excess material and reinforced key areas while also eliminating almost all supports. I added a new style handle to eliminate some need for hardware as well as supports and some added strength. Total print time is down from roughly 28hrs to about 13hrs on normal print speed, in sport mode you can be right around the 10hr mark. The profiles used are for elegoo rapid filaments and are dialed in nice shaving off even more time when using rapid/highspeed filaments.

I want to thank Chris York from the Built Not Bought Boom Box Community on Facebook for making these files available and releasing them to the public.
