Description

A simple butterfly knife design with square-ish handles.

to assemble the butterfly knife, stick the blade in between the handles alligning the holes, then push the cylinders in. If the fit is too tight, use sandpaper to make the cylinder smaller. It's reccomended to use super glue, but make sure the blade is still loose enough to turn without resistance.

pegs were too small so they fell out

As instructed, use superglue if this happens. make sure to keep the blade loose though.

printed great, looks great but the pins fall straight through the model and to glue them would prevent function of the model

thanks! i understand, but this is not completely unexpected. i managed to glue the pins to the handles without having the blade stuck. maybe try again?

im sorry for that, this is a tolerance problem, which is difficult to keep the same across all printers/settings/filaments. Maybe try different settings
