Organizzatore Impilabile e Pieghevole - Multi-Misura da Mc2.project3D - Maker World

I'm a neat freak and I love organizers, I didn't want to do the usual box printed in full. I wanted a box that could be printed in a short time.

SETTINGS:
- Nozzle 0.4mm

- Layer height 0.2mm
- Without supports

NOTE: The plate must have good adhesion, for small hinges.

PROJECT .3MF: I created this project by calculating the size of the smallest beds, it is easily printable with 180x180mm beds

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Follow this step for a perfect opening, I help myself with my thumb to press the print towards the boulder

Now I'm going to show you the right way and the wrong way

I just finished printing the Collapsible Stack Organizer, and I’m seriously impressed with how well this model turned out! It’s practical, functional, and looks super clean once assembled. The Printing ProcessI printed this in PLA, and everything came together perfectly. The tolerances on this model are spot on—no adjustments needed! All the parts fit together snugly but still slide smoothly, which is crucial for an organizer like this. It took me about 6 hours to print everything on my Bambu printer (draft speed), and it didn’t require any supports, which was a huge plus.Final ResultOnce assembled, the organizer worked exactly as advertised. The collapsible mechanism is super satisfying to use, and it saves a ton of space when not in use. It feels sturdy and can hold a decent amount of small items, making it perfect for organizing desk supplies, screws, or craft materials. What I LovedThe collapsible design is genius—perfect for saving space.Easy to print with no supports or complicated settings needed.Tolerances are perfect; everything slides and clicks just right. It’s a functional print I’ll actually use daily.Tips for PrintingUse a higher layer height (0.2mm worked great for me) to save time; it doesn’t need crazy detail.Make sure your first layer is perfect for optimal bed adhesion since the parts need precision.Light sanding can make the sliding mechanism even smoother, but it’s not necessary.Overall ThoughtsThis is one of the most practical and well-designed 3D prints I’ve done. It’s both functional and fun to assemble. I can see myself printing more of these for different purposes around the house. Big thanks to the designer for such a clever and useful model! Highly recommended for anyone looking to organize their workspace or just test their printer’s precision.

May I recommend making the tabs to keep it as a bin a tiny bit bigger so it is less flimsy

The hinges broke very easily when assembling collapsing. They should be reinforced if the expectation is for these to be collapsible.

easy to print and setup. I had to apply pressure to the bottom connecting points on the side pieces when lifting them into place but well designed!

I apologize, but the system wouldn't let me give more than 3 stars; evidently, it was some old failed print, but the design itself is a 5-star project for me

Printed two and printing at least three more to reorganize my shelf above my work area. Aweome idea and job on this project! Do you plan on making them bigger? I would love something as big as the plate for the p1s can fit 257x257. Again, great work and thanks for sharing!
