Good morning, what are the dimensions of this box? Have you scaled the file, and if so, by what percentage? Thank you and have a good day

great design, love it. but ive made several prints now and keep having an adhesion/warping issue in the same corner. my other prints are not having issues. any recommendations? using x1c with bambu pla basic. multiple colors yielded same issue. thanks!!

good thought, but the temp was the exact same as the other print. like the 3x. printed another 4x and it did it again with different filament and cleaning the bed. really odd. maybe just some odd anomaly on my end since im really new to all this im probably doing something wrong :)

Can also be the weather, I found I had to change the bed temps in the winter time. (My printers are in the garage)

very cool boxes, awesome print with clever assembly design. flexibility to do small or large and stack with little to no play. printed X1C came out very nice and clean for the most part. most won’t notice but the way file constructed you can see the build lines for the flat panels. if I could make mods or redesign I would clean that up but most will never notice. doesn’t affect anything or operation of drawer just a nitpicking thing. in general great print and cool boxes. cudos for adding interior rail so drawer doesn’t just jiggle around I really liked the added thought there. printed a couple for kiddos desks in hopes the clutter will disappear into the box lol. resizing and making larger didn’t affect anything as it can in some models. I mainly increased the % to optimize the size for my needs, space, and use. advice or suggestions perhaps make a drawer the is segmented or has grooves for interchange interior configurations would be a cool idea! all in all 11 out of 10! :-)

Thanks for the feedback. Not quite getting your meaning here "but the way file constructed you can see the build lines for the flat panels" Could you share a photo and screenshot of this?

unsure what's not clear? In the design it seems when it loads into Bambu lab and gets printed the corners of the box sides where the corners join, there is a seem (a visual seem). Not a big issue just a visible one! It is if you take 4 pieces of wood and join the edges together to connect them in the corners you see the line delineation where they meet unless you fill and sand them. This is the same concept IDK how you made the design but if you took designed multiple sides to connect together to form the box, when I print them there is a seem where they are joined in every print at every speed and even in different filaments from PLA, PETG, TPU, and I haven't tried any other just those 3 making some boxes for the kids desks and like these. I tend to notice stuff like that given my profession, but there is nothing wrong with the print or that will affect operation of the boxes just and aesthetic thing I wanted you to be aware of. If you tell me multiple ppl printed etc w/o saying anything I am sure that is the case, but that doesn't mean it's not there. Was simply bringing to your attention is all. I still think they are very cool, my kids really like them.

You can change the seem's position in your slicer and also try scarf seems. A 3D print has to have a seem somewhere though. :) I too care about details, if you get enough right then you should have an awesome product. However, my goal is never for something to be perfect, unless it gets a lot of downloads and then I will make a better version. I aim for 90%, as I need to get things done.

awesome print. great design. screws together perfectly, the clearance is just right. I had a little first layer adhesion issue but that was on my end. paused and started back up and it came out great.

Yes this one of my favourite things about 3D printed draws and containers! No need for tight corners, so things are easier to clean and remove.
