Description

New version of the Infinity cube!

Compared to the previous version that had 3 parts, this one is single item, that prints without supports!

I do suggest using my profiles, because those have been carefully adjusted to give you perfect and reliable settings.

Lot of time and testing have been put into those profiles, but feel free to experiment.

Use brim to maximize the bed adhesion.

Edit: Since some people didin't like brim, i have now included print profile with ‘mouse ears’.

so you can’t actually put it on the flat part as it will show the base as per picture? I’m confused as it appears that it has to stand the way it was printed?

While I haven't printed this, I can say that's not something wrong with the print it's actually your filament, I have the same problem with my filament. Sorry for not being able to give you a full answer though.

Another thing I just remembered is that it could be the fact that you have brim turned on. I don't know how to turn it off but you could look it up.

I don’t think that I have a filament issue but I should probably re-word the point. when printed, the base will obviously be flat, so you can’t really show it on any other angle as you will see the flat areas. Not unhappy with the print.

It's doing something very similar for me — I think the extruder runs into it. Not sure if it's because of something like warping or what?? But, I can hear it click as the extruder catches the edge ever so slightly when traveling. I'm brand-spankin new to 3D printing so I'm looking for help too. I'm using an Elegoo Neptune 4 and I was using Cura. But, I just dl'ed Orca and I'm going to try that out. I'm not sure which profile I should use either. Can anyone help shed a little light on this please?

I'm quite new to 3D printing, (I got mine on the December 21st I celebrate Yule) but I think you should either turn the temperature down as well as the extrude rate. If this doesn't work, then try fixing your z axis since you hear it hitting it. I had tried to tune my Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro, and my prints worked fine after that.
