Turned out great and fits my non-12ah batteries perfectly. However, the 12ah connector is apparently bigger, so it gets stuck if I force it on the mount. Has anybody resized this to fit the slightly larger batteries? I was thinking about adjusting X and Z by 1mm each, but that would just be a shot in the dark with no clue as to how it would ultimately work. Figured I would ask first before reinventing the wheel. Thanks!

Once again, I love this design. Not only is it extremely useful, but it has encouraged me to do my first tinkering in Bambu Studio. I decided to try my hand at removing the latch points since I am using these in a vertical orientation and just rely on gravity to hold the batteries in place. I also wanted to put three close together, which would have made the batteries' release tabs inaccessible. While removing the latch points, I took the opportunity to taper the screw holes to allow for a countersunk fit. The final product is amazing and better than I ever thought I could pull off. By the way, I did the same for the Dewalt mounts, as I have plenty of Dewalt tools and batteries as well. Thanks again for creating this!

Have you found settings to remove the supports without leaving those ugly white scars they leave behind from removal? Default settings aren't great.

No i haven't I'm planning on looking into it in the future. I'm used to just using a lighter to get rid of the scaring from the supports but it will be something i look into
