I have printed two of these and on both, the little triangle above the T doesn't fill in well. Are there different settings I should try?

You could maybe try adjusting extrusion settings or ironing on the top layer to see if that will help. If that doesn't help, hit me back up and I'll see if adjusting the coloring or stl will help and I can push another rev.

I’m new to 3d printing and I’m not sure what extrusion settings to try, but I did try ironing on this and it’s still having trouble with that section. Also, top of the bottom half (right under the name) is orange where I think it should be black. Any tips?

I published a new print profile called "Thin Wall Detection Enabled". You may give that a try and see if that supports the gap fill.

really pleased with this. once I figured out the font and being able to move the font to center on the piece. minimal cleanup still needed but this turned out great!!

Fun Personalized Key Chain Design that the we printed for our Kids Basketball teams for their last game of the season. We decided to scale down model a bit to be able to print the whole team on a single plate for filament change efficiency.

You may need to resize it to be smaller than the default. Then it should lay flat in the text area.
