it's entirely up to you! The video was just one ball in the largest circuit. I've got another with three balls in the straight slot that my larger cat likes because it's more weighty.

8mm diameter. I got mine from the beginner's kit (https://uk.store.bambulab.com/products/makers-beginner-kit). If there's anything else in there you want it's not a bad bundle

the model/plate is incorrect as it currently sits. for the two halves to fit together correctly you have to mirror image one of them along the z-axis. once you do that it fits together well with no need for your, and it does wobble well. my cat seems to like it. but it's pretty loud
