Simple box I have designed and printed for my son. It can help you keep your Pokémon cards together and protect them.

Inner dimensions are 64 x 89 mm, so original cards should fit with little space around allowing some a small tollerance in the size. Inner height is 20 mm.

Design of the box allows you to open and also close the box with cards inside doest not matter where you put the cards, into the bottom part or the cover, without damaging the cards.

You can shoose between two profiles. One si multicolor, allows you to print this box even on A1 mini without AMS (first print blue part of logo, then yellow, last print box). The second one is one color only with 3D dimension logo.

Update:

There was a small issue in measurement that causes cover fits to the bottom of the box only in one direction. New version for both print profiles with this fix was uploaded. New cover fits the bottom from the old version. But old cover cannot be used with combination of the new bottom of the box.

Tip for multicolor without AMS. For best quality of logo, set layer heigth of the logo to 50% of normal layer height for the rest of the box. For example if you print with 0.2 layer height, for logo set 0.1 layer height. With this setup, there will not be any “white spots” in the logo where you can see the box color.
