Description

This Multiboard Headset/Headphone Holder is bassed off of my Wall Mounted Headphone Holder uses multi-points to mount to the multiboard and provides a strong connection.  I've included multiple profiles, some with multiboard mounting hardware options and one without.  I'd suggest using two multipoints aligned vertically to hold the headset holder.  Be careful with the orientation of your multipoints to ensure that they are wide horizontally (flat sides should be top and bottom).

Included Mounting Options Are:

  • Small Thread Multipoint
  • Big Thread Multipoint
  • Bolt Locked Multipoint with Moderate Weightbearing Snap

Does exactly what it says on the tin and looks great doing it. Your print names/descriptions make me laugh a lot, too.

Very sturdy. Been using it as a hook for this backpack (~3kg) for a couple of weeks already. Printed the holder and the bolt lock connectors in PETG, and they seem to be holding up to the weight very well.

with the included hardware, do the multipoints just fit into the X part of the back of the mount? (I'm still pretty new to the multiboard stuff and knowing what connects to what has been a challenge)

There are so many options with multipoints and I agree that it gets confusing! Both it's strength and a drawback to the Multiboard in my opinion is just how many types of parts there are! The print profile with small thread multipoints allows you to thread multipoints directly into the board and then just slide the headset holder onto them. The other profile with hardware requires you to put a plug into the back of a snap, and then screw the multipoints in from the front. Again the headset holder slides onto them from above. I'll link you to yet another simple option shortly in another comment. I think it would all be fairly clear once you printed it and the hardware is very light on filament to print if you found you had the wrong option for your application.
