This item is designed to fit gift cards that are attached to cardboard hanger. Like the gift cards you buy at grocery stores, gas stations that are hanging on a rack that you select from.  The measurements it can hold are 140mm x 100mm.  The round centerpiece acts as a nut that threads on the bolt that clamps it together.  The ribbon wraps around and secures everything into place.  Its like a simple puzzle box, and helps level up your gift card giving experience :) 

I print with tabs on the corners to help prevent the ends from lifting.
