Set of templates useful as a reference for choosing or determining part thicknesses to print to have there next to you when modelling with 3D software or in the workshop when making your project and DIY stuff.
Details of the dime/gauges set
3 templates stairs-like
0.1 to 1 mm step of 0.1 mm (size 20 x 200 mm)
1.0 to 2.0 mm step 0.1 mm (size 20 x 220 mm)
1 to 10 mm step 1 mm (size 20 x 20 0mm)

each thickness tablet with thickness inscription (example: .4 mm for 0.4 mm and 1.5 for 1.5 mm)
included base for inserting and storing tablets (blue part in the images)
each thickness tablet is 30 x 30 mm in size
the base for inserting the tablets has a spike to thread all tablets throug
the top part to enclose the tablets in the base can simply be rested on or inserted into the spike and welded by melting plastic around the hole so that the tablets cannot come out. Remove the excess spike by cutting it off in case.
NOTE: In the images shown the cover placed over the boards, the excess spike has been cut off leaving a part sticking out that has been fused, thus sealing the hole by fusing the spike with the top of the base. If you do not want to heat the plastic (no more than 200°), use plastic glue.

⚠️ Warnings and notes about usage and accuracy
Depending on the printer settings, the printer used and the printing accuracy, the dimensions may differ from the nominal ones.
Always check and verify with a precision instrument for critical or precise purposes.
Improper storage and preservation of the jig may degrade the accuracy of the reading due to physical and temperature changes or properties of the material used for printing.
The measurement system used is metric.
This jig is not to be considered a precision instrument nor as a tool for commercial or industrial measurements.
We accept no responsibility for incorrect measurements or errors in the diameters.
Exposures to heat or cold can degrade the template
NOTE: Not all printers can print 0.1 mm thicknesses well. Depending on the plate used, the thickness of the printing layer and the filament used this thickness may not run well. Use the suggested printing profile to print this thickness as well. Depending on the printing plate used, the material used and the adhesion to the plate the removal of finer thicknesses may be difficult. Remove them calmly and patiently and gently so as not to overcap or damage them. If you do, consider not printing shims that are too fine that you do not use or that you already know will not print well.
