Template for engraving up to 18 plates (24 x 43 x 1 mm) together using fiber laser, the holes for fixing it to the base are 6.1mm in diameter and spaced 25mm apart. If your work surface is different, you can use the slots on the opposite sides to fix it to the surface in the position you prefer.
I rounded 2 corners and left the other opposite ones square so you can use it as a stop against your fixtures without needing to screw it down.
The plates have a notch for the top eyelet, ensuring they lie flat and don't create odd angles. Additionally, they are slightly exposed to allow perfect focus of the lens before engraving.
Once your design is aligned with the first plate, you only need to move it 30mm along the X-axis or 57mm along the Y-axis to perfectly align with the next plate beside or above.
Additionally, you will find the DXF file with the 18 slots already sized in the downloads.
I recommend printing it in PETG or ABS if you need to do long engravings that heat the plate significantly, or using my PLA profile if you need to do quick engravings, as it is very resistant.
