Description

Inspired from DN40 Dock video from Scott Yu-Jan. I really liked the look of the extruder wheel in his video but could not find this model anywhere so decided to create my own. Closest design possible when overlaid his version from his video.

Printed in PLA White for wheel with PLA Black for inner bits.

hey, actually had the same issue, ended up just sanding down the stock one I used 1000 grit (wouldn’t recommend anything rougher as it may leave scratch marks). With 1000 grit it came off very easily with a few strokes and circular motions, can’t tell a thing, recommend it

Hey @Julkingmuc ! Not exactly sure what pne means (still relatively new to the 3d printing world!), but if you mean a version with one color absolutely! Good idea Added a version with One Color! Really appreciate the boost!

small problem i printed it directly without any modifications to your profile and the wheel is very loose and it freely spins how much scale should i go down so i get a perfect fit?

Hey! Oh you know what, that is interesting, I'm just starting out myself, but I actually found that it was rather tight the few times that I printed it. Had to even shave it down a tad and really push it in What printer / filament are you trying?

Hmm that is odd, perhaps try rotating the model in Bambu Slicer, may need to play around with a few version of supports and placement based on you print plate and setup
