Description

Here is the Heavy Duty swivel link I created for the X1/P1 printable drag chains! This is an upgrade from the other swivel link model in my cable drag chain assembly files for those that need a more permanent chain/link/connector to the toolhead. This is heavily reinforced, angled up 1 degree, with a flange that sits against the top of the print head when snapped in place to prevent rocking/tilting that wears out the other swivel links after a while of printing a lot of high temp filaments. This was the weakest link in the drag chain assemblies but here's the solution! Printed these in standard PETG, PETG-CF, & PETG-HF but will work with other filaments, but definitely do not use PLA.

Better pics of the swivel link and heavy duty printable drag chain assembly, I am using 26 links total in the drag chain plus I marked where I keep the PTFE clips on the chain. Very easy to install as long as your careful when assembling the links to not break them. This chain/link/etc has about 300 hours on it still tracking perfectly so I am going to keep using it when I put my X1C back together with the replacement x-axis carbon rods, belts, etc that are due to be replaced at the moment. *LINK TO HD PRINTABLE CABLE DRAG CHAIN - https://makerworld.com/en/models/852277#profileId-800682

Here’s some better pics of what this is compared to the other swivel connector included in my cable drag chain assembly, this swivel is much stronger and lasts a VERY long time. Thanks for looking and please rate!
