Description

SPOOLER DESSICANT BOX

Desicant box for spooler with two chambers for silica gel and a termometer seat.

Print the components in PETG (or stronger material); PLA could result too frigile.

 

If you don't have AMS, you can just remove the green colour from the .3mf file and print the housing without the Bambulab Logo:

 

 

There are two different profiles for housings for the two different kind of termometers; make sure to print the correct version:

 

DIAGONAL SNAPFIT

VERTICAL SNAPFIT

 

To complete the box, you need the following additional components:

  • Spooler Support

It looks quite interesting, but also quite problematic. Too bad there isn't a documented actual print

works great the only thing i had problems with are the bottom plates to close the silicon space no matter how i printed them the broke so i removed 1 edge on the spring and than they didn't break anymore

hi, the file are all available.. i Just split the box components from the silica gel chambers lids.. you find both 3mf files

I have a question if I reduced the size from 100 to 90 to fit my print bed will that still fit a standard roll of filament. I'm on a wait to get my P1s and wanted to print off somethings before it got here

Hi, in my opinione is better to wait for the P1S.. if you reduce the model dimensios, you will reduce also the bearing seat, the outlet hole, and all the other dimensions.. so the components in the description won't fit anymore.. and probably you will also face some issues with some model areas..
