Yet another AirPods Max stand, but my own take on a design. I wanted the profile to match as closely to the AirPods Max as possible, providing a seamless feeling when inserting and removing the device.

This model requires four 8mm magnets if you want to ensure the AirPods Max go into deep sleep when inserted. You can verify this by noting that the bluetooth connection is disconnected when inserting into the stand, and cannot be reconnected until they're removed.

The profile for the magnets is slightly deeper than necessary. This was for tuning purposes to allow you to change the depth, or even double stack magnets for a stronger effect to ensure disconnection. Note that the magnets do not adhere the device to the base; they are purely there for shutting things off.

There are also four profiles on the base which you can use to add adhesive plastic feet to stop the design from sliding around on your desk.
