Description

Now you can have the perfect storage system for all your pocket pets - I'm pleased to gift you all my very first dragon egg!

100% print in place, and requiring no supports, brim or additional parts - this dragon egg is unique to others with its hinge and latch opening and locking mechanism, no more pesky unscrewing your dragon eggs.

They're the perfect size for your pocket pets but can easily be scaled up to accommodate your larger toys.

I hope you agree, they're beautiful and would be the perfect solution for gifting your flexi presents this Christmas.

Simple to print - regular PLA can be printed with your default slicer settings.

Silk PLA I recommend printing at 60mm/s for the walls with 4x walls, everything else default.

Included are 2 Bambu studio optimised print profiles with 1x being painted if you wish to decorate your beautiful egg.

DO NOT USE THIS PRINT PROFILE two prints both massively failed with the lid. it was not an adhesion problem. it’s a problem with the file. do not use this build unless you just want to waste filament. the pile of squiggles is supposed to be the top. total waster of time and filament. literally waste half a spool on this junk.

Bed Adhesion Issue:look at the piles of squiggles. garbage profile.

Hi, I'm sorry you had a problem but as you can see from the photos and comments there clearly is nothing wrong with the file, what sort of filament did you try printing with?

it was official Bambu brand PLA on a P1S. cleaned plate. another print before and after worked just fine. this thing messes up the lid every time anout 20mm from the bed. 3 prints, same error every time. that’s not me, that’s not my printer that is printing everything else perfectly.

joints work well. clip keeps it nice and shut and it is a clean shot. the only problem I ran into was the bow. I used the second profile for monochrome print. pla silk blue. no I didn't change any of the settings from that second profile which is probably part of the problem. I came down when it was printing the first part of the bow and it was folding in higher than where the actual print nozzle was printing. made the nozzle run into those curled up parts which ended up breaking them.
