Description

Remixed inner frame of the 1.0 model to use TPU ball joints. This results in a stiffer model that's less prone to sagging or loosening over time. The frame parts are printed with pegs that the TPU balls press onto. It is compatible with Dummy 13 V1.0 parts and armor.

I used Bambu PETG HF for the frame and Siraya Tech 85A TPU for the balls.

Re-implemented from scratch for the 1.0 models based on luu0898's model.

Plate 1 - PETG Frame

  • Layer Height: 0.10mm recommended
  • Orientation: follow print instructions for the original Dummy 13.
  • Supports: manually paint supports onto the floating pegs. Auto-supports will work, but it'll add supports in unnecessary regions.

Plate 2 - TPU Balls

  • Layer Height: 0.10mm recommended
  • Orientation: the balls have a flat section that should be on the print bed.
  • Supports: none

Plate 3 - PETG Frame, feminine chest

this was re-implemented from scratch to fit the 1.0 models. i was inspired by your older model before you had the 1.0 model available, and i'll adjust the description to reflect that.

Not everything is a copy lol. You asked for money to "buy the files" but the files are free you're just money hungry...

assembled 1, PETG+TPU Good : TPU works, joints are exactly how i hoped. some feedback : I thought i wouldnt need glue after seeing the indentation at the end of pegs, however that was not case (atleast for me). They pop out when rotated without glue. With glue they are perfect. Maybe indentation helped with better adhesion? Overall good model, thanks for sharing mate! boosted.

Other Issues:The TPU ball joints didn't fit into the pegs. Bent just about every single one before splitting the TPU balls.

have you calibrated your filament flow rates? the joints have to be a very tight fit, otherwise the figure will fall apart. because of that, the TPU and PETG filaments have to be pretty dialed in.
