Description

Mickey Mouse Ear Shaped Bell

I have some Mickey Mouse Ear Shaped bells that I got during the holidays at Disneyland and wanted to design and 3D print some bigger ones to place on a Christmas tree. It was designed to be printed in two halves that can easily be snapped together. So if you wanted to place bells inside it is possible. I have also included a version that has a loop on the top to place a hook.

Print Instructions

I used tree supports for the model. I place support blockers (sphere) inside the ears of the upper portion. This will prevent supports being printed inside the ears that cannot be removed. The ears printed fine without supports. If needed, I can add files with the support blockers added. To add support blockers, right click on the object and select a sphere support blockers and size and position inside of the ears.

I hope everyone enjoys this model. Thank you!

UPDATE:

Added files with support blockers in the ears.

up on the top left you will see your printer with a drop down. select the your printer. sometimes the profiles set it to a different printer. you just have to change it back. hope that helps

pieces should be screwed on instead of snapped and there should be a hole for a light to fit into

Those are great ideas! been working the screw part. it’s tricky, will update when it’s there. I was able to fit my led lights through the Mickey holes. I guess I could add a bigger hole for bigger lights as an option. thanks for the feedback
