Description

This is traditional Finnish mince pie cutter. Every december in Finland people will do mince pies which are called in here joulutorttu or tähtitorttu. I thought i will make some help for the cutting the most common dough what we have sale in here so here we are, quick way to cut tähtitorttu dough. Olkaa hyvä.

could be little bigger and still work ok. would be easier to "target". also cutting edge would separate dough better.

Thank you for the comment. I will try to do a better cutting for the next one, just need to make sure those cutting parts are not too thin and will break in use, maybe V shape cutting will do the trick. Meanwhile you can scale it bigger if it feels too small for you. Have a nice new year.

I did measure Myllyn paras torttutaikina and did make it couple millimeters wider in both ways. You can always scale the model bigger if you use other brand and those doughs is bigger.
