Description

My daughter has a 32x32cm blocking board with 10 rods on her wishlist which is way too expensive I think, so I created one much cheaper and with the option to customize the size with ease by clipping em together.

Since I think the rods may curve at a time I put some plates to avoid this, too.

You need some 3mm Dowel Pins, have a look at the material list.

Dimension of the small board is 100mmx100mm with 10x3.4mm holes.

There is a bigger board with 192mmx192mm included, having 19x3.4mm holes. This one is simply a merged version of one board by putting board one to e.g. 300x300, then board 2 will be 300+100-4-4 to have one line of the holes overlap, since one hole is 4mm away from the side.

Be sure to print the board with at least 4 wall lines and stick the rods always down to the bottom.

The clamp itself must be printed while standing like it is shown on the plate, otherwise it will happen that it breaks while putting boards together.

Hope You like it!
