Description

Hey guys, we ordered some of these Munbyn printers at work and needed a way to feed the spool. We didn't want to give up too much space on our desks though. So I designed this stand that feeds from below! There is also a fun little side basket for pens and such, although it is not needed. If you'd like to see a video of how to put it together, check my IG below.

Hopefully this saves someone some money and if you were able to look like a rockstar at work, even better!

The profile prints perfectly but the stands don't fit full spools. Could you please make it a little taller so that there is room for a full spool underneath? The spools I buy are about 11.5 cm in diameter. Otherwise, awesome design, and perfect profile.

A 4x6 shipping label doesn't fit between the roll supports. It needs to be 5mm wider between the legs and the roller longer as well.

I just uploaded a larger base print profile that is 20mm wider. That should work!

I just checked the new profile but it extended the base plate instead of the whole model. I'll keep working on it for you!

Done. Should be 110mm between the legs now!

The only issue I would say is some lable rolls are too big for the roller, they wont fit under the stand without hitting the bottom or top of the stand. other than tha it is great!

Good to know. I see someone else added a print profile adding a bigger base for that same reason. I can quickly change the dimensions for you. Currently I made it 100mm from base to bottom side of the top deck. How much bigger do you need it? Another 50mm?

prints and works great , would have been better if it was taller for larger rolls, but that's a me issue not the print , :)

Good point! I saw someone remixed my model to accommodate the larger rolls! I truthfully thought the rolls I use were the biggest you could get, so I tried to make the dimensions tight to that one for space savings. Whoops!

I'd love to print this but my label printer (iDPRT brand) is 220mm x 115mm. Any chance you'd make an upsized top plate? I think all the rest (including hole layout) could stay the same.

Very cool stand for my label printer. I just switched to the rolled up labels and needed something to hold them. This worked great for that purpose. printed with Sunlu Elite PETG.
