I design these with a shortest edge of 100mm, as this size works well with a 0.4mm nozzle and a 0.08mm layer height. Ideally, they should be printed at this scale for best quality. You could scale them down without losing resolution by using a 0.2mm nozzle and a thinner line width. However, despite the smaller print size, the process might actually take longer.
