Quality Recommendation:

For optimal results, I recommend using PLA-Silk filament to 3D print the distributor and tamper surfaces.

User Manual:

Grind espresso into the portafilter.
Use the distributor to spread the coffee grounds and rotate counterclockwise.
Use the distributor to level the coffee grounds by rotating clockwise.
Use the tamper to polish the coffee grounds smoothly.
Adjust the height of the tools if needed (adjustment range approx. 3-18mm).

Great model! Perfect fit for 58.5 mm basket. Small flaws with the seams on the first layer - maybe due to the pattern chosen in the print profile? Decided to print with 100% infill to add some weight to it. Saved me quite some money as I wanted to try a palm tamper.

Thanks for sharing, cool model! I scaled it down to 97.45% for a 57mm diameter portafilter (what a wonderful joke from Lelit to be off by 1mm) - the tolerances were a bit tight first, but after working it in for about 10 minutes, it's absolutely fine.

Hi, when you measure the flat tamper base diameter you have to scale it to 87,5% then the diameter is ca. 51,19 mm. If the outer thread is too tight, simply scale it up a little larger.

Its brilliant and another surprising model for me. Totally replaced my exisiting tamper setup. Great print and the threading allows you to set the level of your tamp and puck levelling. thanks for the model!

Hi, thanks for the request. I've adde a scaled version profile. Please let me know if it works for you. Many thanks! The scale is set to 92.6% but you have to scale the upper body part manually to get it in the perfect dimension. Also the dynamic print layer height is then removed from the distributor part and have to be added again. Therefore I decided to add 2 new print profiles to match your required porta filter sizes.

can you make a combo part? I took away 2,5mm from the upper part, mirrored it. Then you need two "low" parts and can screw in both distributor and tamper part.
