Bosch Professional - 12V Battery Adaptor

For Bosch Professional 12V Batteries. Perfect to use for all 12V devices like LED strips, Pumps, Motors, etc.

To be even more flexible it is handy to use a step up/down converter. (Volage control) Check my other files and you will find a housing design for one of these converters.

What else do you need? (see last picture)

2x Flat Plug 6,3 mm wide (the red ones for 0.5-1.5 mm²)

1x Toggle Switch (Assembly hole is for a 19,8 x 12,7 mm Mount)

1x DC Plug (optional)

A few centimeters of cable

Thanks for the model! Got it working well with my Bosch 12V Max battery. The 6.3mm (1/4") spade terminals I had were a little bit too big for the holes. I heated them with a solder iron while inserting to make a "heat stake" install. They were still wiggly, so I added JB Weld on the back to secure them in place.

Yes that is intentional. I heatetd them as well with a solder iron (a normal lighter should work aswell) to make a good fit. I still would recommend to put some hot glue or epoxy on the back to give it more stability. Thanks for your helpful comment. Appreachiated!
