This is a collapsible Santa fidget. Pull on the pompom and you will reveal Santa's hat and beard.

Version 1:

The print profile contains a 4 color painted version and a single color version that you can print. Multi-color print is slow and generates lots of waste:
 

Version 2:

Color plates have been optimized for speed and to minimize waste. Clone multiple copies of each model on a plate to print multiples faster.

The bottom half of the Santa model has been modified so that it can be reassembled after printing.  Follow the assembly instructions below.

Assembly:

Expand Santa's hat, and place the top half of Santa's head on the hat. Pull the hat through (from the bottom to the top) until everything snaps together.

Expand Santa's beard (note the orientation.  One way the beard expands a lot, the other way it expands only a little). Place the expanded beard through the top of Santa's bottom half of his head.  Pull the beard down until it snaps in place.

The top and bottom halves are assembled by aligning the eyes 180 degrees a part from one another, matching the threads together and then giving it a ½ twist. Don't over tighten or else the eyes will not line up properly. You can add a dab of glue if you want to make the connection permanent.

No supports are needed to print the model.
