Description

This Real Estate Business card holder can hold 50 standard sized business cards in the bottom, and 1 business card slides into the top. The three parts are assembled using super glue, and fast set spray. For the sold sign before the days of the bamboo I'd swap the filament manually however using the AMS makes it much easier. I generally print the bottom parts with a 0.6 nozzle, however for a little better quality the sold sign and the sign that holds the single card are printed with a 0.4 nozzle.

The card holder fits into the base, and needs to be glued, the sign should slide into the hole in the base, I also add glue and line it up with my fingers just to make sure it's straight, there's a tiny bit of give for clearance between different printers.

For the sold sign it should just balance on top and site flat, just add a little glue and it will stay in place.

Based on the license you can print this and sell the prints! I look forward to seeing them on some ones table for sale one day!

Please don't hesitate to ask any questions, I've been printing these since 2017 and have printed over 10,000 so if you have any questions at all feel free to ask!

Nice model! Made some small changes. Added a slot for the SOLD sign so it can be removed if they want. Also added the card holder in a different color to split it up.

Very nice, I generally print the bases in a different color, I also have ones where the card holder, and the sign are in black for example, and the base is in red. I thought about slotting the sold sign for years but tried to limit the amount of options to worry about when selling it. Maybe 1% of my customers asked for custom words too so I never really dove into that either. Looks really good though thanks for the comment!

Hello! Would you mind sharing the STL of the sign with the slot on top? Someone I know asked for that mod.

Made three of these for my neighbor realtors (always good friends to keep schmoozed ;) ) I was able to print three of each piece on each plate. Amazing prints!

This was actually really super adorable. I did move it all to one plate just for faster printing because I have an AMS. Only took an hour and a half :D These will make excellent Christmas gifts

Great idea! I never really considered that since I always mass printed these so every bed was X number of each part, but if you're just printing one or two then all of the parts on one plate makes a ton of sense. Appreciate the comment and glad you like them!

I have just gotten into 3D printing and other than the cable supports and poop basket for my new A1 printer, this was my first real project. It came out great and I am printing more. I am a real estate photographer and I have actually purchased this product previously and given them to my realtor clients. I plan on making and giving these out to potential clients as a way to introduce myself to them. Thank you for the great file!!!
