Description

A perfectly designed gear bearing that is made to have minimal friction and is easy to 3D print it can also spin for up to 7 seconds!

It's quick to print coming in at under 2 hours. This print also is beginner friendly and has a big tolerance of 0.3 mm meaning that even with bad bed leveling it will come out perfect and functioning. If, for whatever reason it sticks you can use an allen key to unstick it (around 9 mm across)

These are the different versions:

  • A version without a hole in the center (0.2 tolerance)
  • A version without a hole in the center (0.3 tolerance)
  • A 0.3 tolerance version
  • A 0.2 tolerance version

In my experience the 0.2 tolerance is better because it gives the perfect smoothness without being wobbly.

Print with normal settings or just use to g-code provided

oh man this was the first gear/print in place moving object that I printed that just moved so smoothly without even needing to wiggle or jiggle the pieces. I am amazed by how smoothly it spins
